Clarkson Fairfields South Ratepayers’ Association (C.F.S.R.A) welcomes you! We are a non-profit association comprised of local residents who volunteer their time to make our community an outstanding place to live by promoting the interests and well-being of our residents.
If you live on April Dr., Balsam Ave., Hartland Dr., Hindhead Rd., Welwyn Dr. or Whittington Rd., we are your neighbourhood association. Whether you are new to the community or have been a long-time resident, we encourage you to help us continue to improve the quality of life in your community by supporting the association through your membership.
Holiday Fun at Hindhead Park
Starting: Dec. 18th Find the tree in the park with a big bow on it, and add a decoration or two from your family.
Scavenger Hunt in Hindhead Park is now open. There are 12 lawn sized (non-edible) candy canes in the park, and each has a letter. Find all the letters and unscramble them to decode a secret message. Once you've decoded the message, let us know.
Our most recent Compass Food Drive wass Saturday, December 12th between 10-11am. Many thanks for your donations!
Our "Reverse" Trick or Treat on Halloween delivered candy to 57 kids in our neighborhood, on a night when most kids were unable to Trick or Treat. Many thanks for the candy donations, and everyone who packed and delivered the treats!
Our Annual General Meeting was held online at 7:30pm on Wednesday, Oct. 28th. Thanks to all that attended. Our door prize ($20 Tim's Card) was won by Kathleen C. of Welwyn Dr.

Condominum Development Clarkson Road
Your CFSRA board members are looking out for the intests of the community with respect to the condominium development planned for Clarkson Road south of the Go train tracks.
At a recent meeting, the CFSRA board members raised concerns regarding the impact of increased traffic in our area during construction and after the building residents move in.
Read our summary of the meeting and changes the developer has made so far as a result of the concerns that have been raised.
We are always happy to receive your questions, ideas, concerns and feedback. You can contact us via email.
